She has successfully led Client Service Teams at organizations including Sojern, IPONWEB, Criteo, and Ericsson Emodo before joining TMT. By fostering a growth-oriented culture, she has accelerated media spend through strategic planning and client engagement, consistently surpassing revenue targets. Kate has also implemented strategic frameworks that enhance commercial viability and client satisfaction, effectively aligning operational goals with market demands.
